Dreamscapes

Welcome to my world of colour, splendor and the ultimate escape to the realms within my mind. I have loved Landscape Art since I was a young child, it simply amazed me to see scenes of nature and of the world being painted in front of my eyes. I wanted to feel that. So, I did. The first one really leaked because I had used too much oil solution (ha). It was a leaky mountain. But now, there are no more leaks. I have also switched to acrylics primarily as I simply cannot breathe in oil paint anymore. Though here and there or upon special request, I'll go to specific lengths to get one done. Oils are indeed stunning, but I can wield much more with acrylics and mine are rich in pigment and long lasting. I also paint the sides of the canvas like a three dimensional completion of it, so it's not just blank and unfinished looking on the sides. In any case, I hope you enjoy my many dimensions, realms, worlds and scenes of rainbow and glory in my signature Dreamscapes Gallery Series.

"Rainbow Tundra" 16"x20" acrylic on canvas.

The skies confessed its palette of emotions, of all that it had observed and absorbed. It knew all that we were and still shined in this brilliance.

"Seaside View" 16"x20" acrylic on canvas.

How was it that I felt so lost and yet more home than ever before? This was the secret in which I felt in the sand dunes that day.

"Eclipse by the Bay" 16"x20" acrylic on canvas. (a Reproduction of Nic Hankin's Painting)

When I saw the sun and the moon embrace, it was clear to me that life was a dance.

"Quiet Old Morning" 16"x20" acrylic on canvas. (a Bob Ross Reproduction)

Nothin' like a grizzly ol' morning filled with fun chills, to blanket it in, get some hot cocoa and look outside at the serenity that lay before us.

"Blueberry Graze" 16"x20" acrylic on canvas.

You're the blue moon in my eye, when I think of all the holidays past. Every Winter's night blanketed us with a piece of Heaven.

"Shalashango's Way" 9"x12" acrylic on canvas.

The eerie-green flames reflected off the bone-chilling ice path, along the way to the shaman. His hut, is where he performed his incantations and spells of other worldly effects.

"Twin Peaks" 9"x12" acrylic on canvas.

Fly high and never forget two things: Where you flew from, and where you're heading.

"Mercury's Retrograde" 10"x20" acrylic on canvas.

It's one thing to speak about and have claims of feeling Mercury's retrograde, but it's another thing to see its light being cast before your feet on a cosmic mountain path.

"Strawberry Nights" 16"x20" acrylic on canvas.

Take my hand, won't you? And let's get away from it all. Let's lay back and let the nectar of our strawberry nights seep in.

"Papaya Plains" 16"x20" acrylic on canvas.

You see, before you find what is seeking you and so on, there is 'the fall'. You always fall in love with something or someone.. right?

"Cardinal's Way" 11"x20" acrylic on canvas
painted for my beloved Sister, Vanda

Home is where our hearts rest, where we recover and rejuvenate the splendor of our family tides and familial blessings.
