Dont' mind these.. or rather, do! That's what Surrealism is all about- invoking the subconscious by letting it loose and shattering all the rules in which our waking and mechanical mind habitually resists. Let it loose every now and again. It is in freedom and imagination that true liberation lies. Don't push it, of course. But, nevertheless you must enjoy what you cultivate. What's in the bottom of your proverbial basement? Next time you have an episode, take it to the canvas or to a journal, something. Anything! Give it life and see what you are deep, deep down. When I choose to paint in this style, it's the funniest thing- more styles emerge within the whirlpool of predisposed concepts! I've learned to accept and enjoy the madness, for it brings vastness, diversity and downright infinite fun! I mean, just look at this first guy..
